On Mar 5, 2015, I was driving past this area and I saw this…

Apparently someone got permission to carve a bird sculpture out of the weird tree.

Yesterday (Mar 19, 2015), I decided to take the scenic way home from the dogpark and I remembered the bird sculpture.  I stopped and took a few more photos…
