Hey guys… I have some show and tell and I’m getting further along on my autobiographical comic. Today is also the first day of Inktober, so I’ll need to make this short because I haven’t even figured out what I’m doing yet.

Oddly all of the show and tell is from the same instructor… sometimes things line up like that, I guess. I meant to add the picnic basket to last week’s post, but forgot so it’s here… it’s from an at-your-own-pace class from Kris Lauren called Daily Illustration Practice. I also attended two live online classes with Kris Lauren where we had draw-alongs. The teacup was a fun draw-along and a promotion for Kris’s new class, Pretty Drawing Academy. The bunny, was part of a group coaching class, and we drew the dress together on the bunny.

I finished making cleaned up sketches for page two of my autobiographical comic and finished inking and coloring the first panel, I’m pretty happy with how it’s turning out…

Hmmm… I should add a 1/2 and 2/2 to those pages, huh?… I’ll put that on my todo list.

Ok… I’ve got quite a bit to do today, hopefully I’ll have something to present for Inktober day 1, by the end of the day… wish me luck.
