I didn’t mean to let two weeks go by, but I was suddenly busy and then I got an ear infection that took me down for a few days. I’m feeling better now, not quite normal, but better.

Anyway, I signed up for a 20-hour traditional art weekend (Dec 14-15) with Peggy Dean and 8 other instructors (Peggy taught 2 classes to start and end the weekend). I wanted to show you my art.

I woke up Saturday with a bit of pain in my ear but took some meds and was able to push thru the 5 classes (10 hours) of art. Sunday I felt terrible, and was only able to last 2.5 classes, I took a nap and was able to catch the last class but I didn’t draw along… here is what I was able to do…

Clearly a few of these artists spoke to my soul and I really enjoyed the class.

I think I did pretty good considering I didn’t feel well. I have access to these classes to watch again at my leisure, so I’ll definitely be revisiting them.

I have other art that I did between the last post and the weekend draw-fest, but I don’t have much energy right now, so I’ll post about it later.
