Hey All!

Last post I mentioned that I’m working towards building better habits, and one of them is to blog nearly daily, so that next month when it’s Inktober it won’t be so hard to blog and draw daily.

Last night we stayed up too late, this morning came too early… so I’ve run out of steam a bit early today… but I did get a bit done, so I’m happy with my progress.

Anyway, I continued working on Peggy Dean’s Procreate Pattern Studio, Ogee pattern…

I really enjoyed making sets of three with my critter patterns (butterflies, ladybugs, snails), so I was thinking that I might try to add on to the Happy Acorns theme in the Ogee pattern… not quite sure what I’ll do yet… but I’ve been thinking about squirrels and other types of fall leaves to add to the motifs of acorns, leaves, and flowers…

It’s still just an idea percolating in my mind… so I’ll have to keep thinking about it, and make some sketches.

Ok… I need to do some reading before bedtime. Hope to see you tomorrow.
