Hey All!
So last night after I ate I added more inking and watercolor to the two Snowdrop projects, then let it dry overnight…

.
This morning I watched 2 of 5 units (I’ll do the other units tomorrow?) of a beginner watercolor class by Sara Amijo. I wanted to just to see if I’m doing this right, or how others do watercolor. Sarah Amijo’s art looks like my kind of art so I was pulled in. I got some ideas and started working on my own work.
I added some shadows using the blending method I learned from the class…

.
Next I wanted to play with highlights, I have three kinds of white… but couldn’t remember which one I liked so I tested them all… (*note: it wasn’t a fair test of the Ecoline because I had blue in my brush, apparently)…

.
Oh, and I added some watercolor to the last Speedball drawing and it didn’t bleed… so I guess I need to let it dry overnight before water coloring it if I choose that ink in the future.
I decided I like the Dr. Ph Martin’s so I applied that to the two projects. Then I took a photo and decreased the saturation to see if I like the highlights and shadows… I decided to call it done…

.
I thought it would be fun to make a gif to see the development of the two projects…

.
I also started the next flower in Bloomtober… Buttercup…

.
That’s all I have for today… and I should go make some food, I’m hungry.
See you tomorrow?
Until next time…
