Hey All!

I had a fairly productive week. I played around some more with the octopi in glass, and then I finished watching the class while drawing along. This morning, I created a drawing on my own to help practice what I’ve learned. I rolled some dice and came up with drawing a hippo.

Octopi

First up, I promised I’d show you the finished drawings of the octopi in glass…

Draw Along

For lesson two we drew dachshunds, and for lesson 3 we drew birds…

Chameleon

For the final lesson, we played a bingo game of sorts, the grid was levels 1-3, shapes circle, triangle, rectangle, and then the character… which the Art Mother chose level 2, circle, and Lizard. We then put a chameleon in a circle shape…

Hippo

For my homework practice, I rolled some dice and I got level 3, rectangle, hippo… this is my sketch. I planned to paint it, but the day got away from me. Hopefully I can get back to it soon, but tomorrow is the beginning of a 20-hour procreate live online class weekend, so I might not get back to it until Monday…

Tomorrow is Procreate Party, which is 9 teachers, and 10 2-hour live online classes over the weekend. Basically, 20 hours of classes in two days. If you are interested, here’s where you can check it out.

I have really enjoyed only blogging on Fridays, right now I have a lot on my plate and that seems to be working for me right now. Next Friday is June 4th, see you then?
