Hey All!

I had a great weekend at Procreate Party. We spent 20 hours over two days in 10 classes and here’s what I was able to do while drawing along…

Then on Monday, I went to Mike Lowery’s live 1 hour class in Workshop Week… we did three exercises, I did what he did for the first two… then on the third exercise I started doing my own thing… apparently having shapes eat the next shape down until it was going to be a gorge fest, I then decided to draw a whale to stop the shapes eating each other. I was apparently still in the mood for Mike’s type of drawing because I then went to skillshare and started his class, Procreate Drawing Party. His pirate looks way different from mine… and I don’t know where mine even came from… I don’t normally draw kids, I tend to draw anthropomorphic animals! Next up blob drawing again… this time some silly shapes came out of me. And then drawing on a photo… I found a photo from unsplash and added a bee and a ladybug climbing around on a waterfall. And lastly, two animated gifs… one a coffee cup and the hippo I drew a few days back.

Ok… so I’ve been watching tutorials and drawing along a bit, filling up my creative cup and it’s been great. I am currently in a mood to just collect knowledge, play around with different instructors and see where my muse takes me. See you next time?
